Last updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Endurer ("Endurer", "we", "our") websites, products, and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service Use

  • You may use the services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
  • You may not use the services to distribute malware, spam, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
  • We may suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms or present security risks.

4. Plans, Billing, and Payments

  • Pricing, plan limits, and features are described on our website and may change with notice.
  • Payments are processed through our payment partners (e.g., Stripe).
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscriptions.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, outages, or external dependencies may impact uptime.

6. Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless your plan explicitly includes backup services. We are not liable for data loss resulting from misuse, misconfiguration, or third-party actions.

7. Intellectual Property

Endurer retains all rights to its services, software, and branding. You retain rights to your content and data that you upload.

8. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay fees when due. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endurer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the event.
